Like with many IP projects, No.1 Northgate Street in Warwick is an historic building. Dating back to around 1697, the building has a varied history and until our clients acquired the property it was a council owned office building. Working alongside Robothams Architects throughout the renovation, our team followed their detailed drawings and adhered to stringent guidelines in line with the English Heritage Trust.
